The Holy Name in the Holy City

A young King, a vile King a reign of wickedness and reversal on all the reforms that Hezakiah had made; for every step Hezakiah made for God towards God, Manasseh made three steps back! He had forgotten the God of his father, he had abandoned all truth, all light, all good and had even replaced it with the things of false gods! A terrible place, a horrific scene that unfolds here in Jerusalem.

Can you put yourself now in the shoes of the faithful remnant that remained in Jerusalem. Those who refused to worship false Gods, those who refused to give in. The faithful that kept on beveling, kept on praying. Imagine what it was for them!
